  • Overview

    Summary: Provide engineering, manufacturing, programming, and project management support.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Any one position may not include all of the listed duties, nor do all of the listed examples include all tasks which may be found in positions within this classification.


    • Conducts circuit design engineering, drawing creation, reverse engineering, component selection and project management.
    • Applies knowledge of electrical, electro-hydraulic, and electro-pneumatic systems.
    • Performs engineering and electrical calculations.
    • Consistently works within tight established deadlines.
    • Executes quality work for multiple projects at one time.
    • Interacts with clients in a professional and service orientated manner.        
    • Maintain a strong, personal commitment to the safety culture.
    • All other duties as assigned.

    • BS in Electrical Engineering or related degree is preferred or four years of experience or equivalent work experience demonstrating electrical design or engineering skills.
    • A practical and theoretical background in design electrical components & systems for oil field or energy industry.
    • Capable of “hands on” work on the production floor.
    • Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCad design software.
    • Must be detail oriented and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

    • Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
    • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
    • Work in air conditioned office, outside and workshop.
    • Will be required on occasion to work more than 8 hours on one shift.
    • Requires occasional bending, stooping, lifting and carrying.
    • Reaching or handling with arms, hands and fingers.
    • Manual dexterity sufficient to work with fingers (i.e. frequent typing)
    • Normal vision with or without corrective lenses.
